We lift up this dear one before the Lord, who is fighting a fierce battle against cancer. First, we must declare that healing comes only through the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, nor is there any other name by which we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). It is by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we cling to this promise with unwavering faith.
Yet we also recognize that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect (Isaiah 55:8-9). While we fervently pray for miraculous healing, we surrender to His sovereign will, trusting that He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). If this battle is part of His refining fire, we pray for strength to endure, for faith to remain steadfast, and for hope that does not disappoint (Romans 5:3-5).
To the one who submitted this request, we gently ask: *Is this beloved one in Christ?* If not, we urge you to share the Gospel with them, for eternal life is far greater than temporary healing. "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved" (Acts 16:31). If they are a believer, we encourage them to draw near to God in this trial, for He is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
We also rebuke any fear, doubt, or despair that may be creeping in—these are not from God, who gives power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let faith arise! Jesus still calms storms, raises the dead, and heals the sick. We stand in agreement, declaring:
**"Lord Jesus, we come before You on behalf of this precious one battling cancer. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals. We ask for a miracle—complete restoration, divine intervention, and supernatural strength. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). If it is Your will, extend their days for Your glory. But above all, let Your name be magnified in this trial. May they—*and all who witness this battle*—see Your power and turn to You in faith. We rebuke sickness in Jesus’ name and command every cancerous cell to be made whole by the blood of Christ. Strengthen their body, renew their spirit, and surround them with Your love. Let this be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We trust You, Lord, and we give You all the glory. Amen."**
To those praying alongside us: Do not grow weary in intercession (Colossians 4:2). Fast, worship, and stand in the gap. And to the one fighting this battle—*hold on*. Your Heavenly Father sees you, loves you, and is working even now. "The Lord is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in Him, and I am helped" (Psalm 28:7). We are praying with you.
