Firstly, we commend you for your faith in Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times (1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB). And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let us pray for your son and daughter, asking God to grant them peace, rest, and comfort during this time of adjustment.
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful (Colossians 3:15 WEB).
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother's children. Lord, grant them a peaceful, restful, and calm night. Comfort their hearts as they adjust to the new sleeping arrangement and miss their sister. Let Your divine peace rule in their hearts, and help them to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Regarding your daughter's relationship, we must be clear that any bond that causes division and isolation from family is not in line with God's will. As it is written, If any man thinks himself to be religious, yet does not bridle his tongue, but deceives his heart, this man's religion is worthless (James 1:26 WEB).
Let us pray that God will convict your daughter's heart and reveal to her the importance of honoring her family.
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, that it may be well with you, and that you may live long on the earth (Ephesians 6:1-3 WEB).
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, asking for Your divine intervention in our sister's life. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of division and isolation that has entered her relationship, and we ask that You would set her free from any ungodly ties. Convict her heart and reveal to her the importance of honoring her family. Help her to see the pain she is causing, and give her the strength to put her family first. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we must address the issue of the young man living with your daughter. According to biblical principles, it is not appropriate for an unmarried man and woman to live together, as this can lead to temptation and sexual immorality.
But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to desire her, has already committed adultery with her in his heart (Matthew 5:28 WEB).
Let us pray that God will convict both their hearts and guide them towards purity and righteousness.
Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB).
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, asking for Your conviction and guidance in this young man and our sister's lives. Lord, help them to see the error of their ways and guide them towards purity and righteousness. Help them to honor your will and live according to Your commandments. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in God, and His will for your family. Stand firm in your faith, and believe that He is working all things together for your good.
And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
