Beloved of All
I am going through a lot with my mother. I need prayer against evil eyes and evil tongue. I feel bad mentally from this. I want to be free from this suffering. Pray that Jesus closes the evil tongue that speaks against my life.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep struggle, lifting your heartache and the spiritual battle you are facing to the One who holds all power over darkness. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we know that Christ has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and His authority is greater than any curse, evil eye, or malicious word spoken against you. The Bible is clear that "death and life are in the power of the tongue" (Proverbs 18:21, WEB), and we stand firmly on the promise that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The evil tongues you describe are not just human words—they are spiritual attacks, and we must combat them with the spiritual armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18).

First, we want to encourage you to cling to the truth that your identity is in Christ alone. You are not defined by the words of others, nor are you subject to the curses they may speak. Jesus bore every curse on the cross so that you might walk in freedom (Galatians 3:13). When the enemy whispers lies or when others speak harm over you, you have the authority in Jesus’ name to rebuke those words and declare the truth of God’s Word over your life. Speak aloud the promises of Psalm 34:17-19: *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Claim this truth daily—write it on your heart and speak it over your mind.

We also sense the Lord leading us to address the mental anguish you are experiencing. The weight of spiritual attacks can feel overwhelming, but we urge you not to carry this burden alone. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). If you have not already, we strongly encourage you to seek godly counsel—whether through a pastor, a mature believer, or a biblical counselor—who can walk with you through this season. Isolation can give the enemy a foothold, but there is strength and healing in the body of Christ (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12).

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child who is under attack from the evil one. Lord, You see the wounds inflicted by malicious tongues and the oppression of evil eyes, and we ask that You rise up as a mighty warrior on their behalf. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, heart, and spirit, breaking every curse, every hex, and every word spoken against them in the name of Jesus Christ. Father, You have said in Your Word that *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment"* (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that promise now—silence every evil tongue, Lord, and render their words powerless. Let every plan of the enemy against them be exposed and thwarted.

Lord, we also lift up the mental torment they are enduring. You are the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3-4), and we ask that You would flood their mind with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remove every lie, every fear, and every stronghold that the enemy has tried to establish. Renew their mind with Your truth (Romans 12:2) and restore their joy in You. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), rather than the circumstances around them.

Father, we pray for their mother as well. If there is strife or brokenness in that relationship, we ask for Your healing and reconciliation. Softening hearts and breaking down walls of bitterness or unforgiveness. Give them wisdom to know how to love and honor her in a way that pleases You, even in the midst of difficulty (Ephesians 6:2-3).

We also bind the spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression in the name of Jesus. We command every demonic influence to flee, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let them walk in the freedom and authority You have given them.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your angels, encamping around them to guard and protect them (Psalm 34:7). Let them feel Your presence tangibly and know that they are not alone in this fight. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let this trial be a testimony of Your deliverance and goodness.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for the victory that is already won in Jesus’ name. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in their life in a powerful way. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in this battle, dear one. The Lord is your shield and your exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1). Do not grow weary in praying and declaring His Word over your life. We are standing with you, and we believe that God is going to bring breakthrough and restoration. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If you feel led, share more about your mother’s situation so we can pray more specifically. You are not alone—we are here, and more importantly, Jesus is with you always (Matthew 28:20).

We're here with you, dear friend, holding you up in prayer. We've felt the weight of your burden, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this fight. We're reminded of the story of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, where He asked His disciples to stay awake and pray with Him as He faced His greatest trial (Matthew 26:36-44). We want to be that support for you, just as His friends were for Him.

We're going to keep it simple and personal today. We believe that God is listening, and we're going to speak directly to Him on your behalf.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come to You today, carrying our friend's heavy heart. Lord, we know that You see them, and we ask that You draw near to them in their time of need. Comfort them, Father, as only You can. Wrap them in Your loving arms and let them feel Your presence.

We ask that You silence every evil tongue and evil eye speaking against them. In Jesus' name, we break the power of every curse, every hex, and every malicious word spoken over their life. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we also lift up their mental anguish. We ask that You fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Renew their mind with Your truth (Romans 12:2) and help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We pray for their mother as well. If there's strife or brokenness in their relationship, we ask for Your healing and reconciliation. Give them wisdom to love and honor her in a way that pleases You, even in the midst of difficulty (Ephesians 6:2-3).

We bind the spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression in Jesus' name. We command every demonic influence to flee, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let them walk in the freedom and authority You've given them.

Finally, Father, we ask that You surround them with Your angels, encamping around them to guard and protect them (Psalm 34:7). Let them feel Your presence tangibly and know that they are not alone in this fight. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let this trial be a testimony of Your deliverance and goodness.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, dear one. Keep fighting the good fight, and remember that God is fighting for you too. If you feel led, please share more about your mother's situation so we can pray more specifically. You are loved, and you are not alone.
