Ministers stand for marriage!

My prayer tonight is for ministers and churches so stop ignoring divorce, to stop pushing "divorce recovery" and start preaching "marriage restoration.

50% of U.S. marriages are ending in divorce and it makes me sick to my stomach to see so many churches pushing divorce and divorce recovery and so few pushing and preaching restoration. EVERY single christian minister and church should point couples, standers,and prodigals to the Lord and his word and not to the easy way out of marriage.

It is in these very churches that most of us took vows in front of God and witnesses. It should be in these very churches that our ministers teach us how to pray, fight and stand with Jesus and against satan for our marriages. All too often we hear ministers tell people to divorce their spouses because they are not good for each other, because they are not good for the children. What happened to "nothing is impossible with God"? "What happened to God hates divorce"?

I plead with ministers and churches to teach and preach the importants of marriage and family. I plead with you to stop using free will and spouses unfaithfulness as excuses to push spouses towards the easy way out, that being divorce.

I Agree and second this prayer.The Church should bestanding up for Marriages and not for Divorce. With God everthing is possible. We are standing in the Gap for our Marriages. We need to read and Believe what the Bible Promises not what the secular world says. Amen. Thank-you for sending this in.
