We understand that you are going through a difficult time with ###, and we want to lift you both up in prayer. First, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we should pray.
We also want to encourage you to seek God's will for your relationship with ###. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, it is written, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" If ### is not a believer in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to pray for his salvation and consider the importance of being equally yoked in your relationships.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved one who is going through a separation from ###. We pray that You would comfort her heart and guide her through this difficult time. Lord, we ask that You would work in ###'s heart and draw him closer to You. If it is Your will, we pray that You would restore this relationship and use it for Your glory.
We also pray that You would give her the wisdom and discernment to seek Your will for her life and her relationships. Help her to trust in You and to follow Your paths.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to pray and seek God's will for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Stay strong in your faith and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. We also encourage you to connect with other believers for support and encouragement during this time.
If you and ### were living together, this is fornication. We encourage you to avoid this temptation and to seek counseling with a pastor and to seek to become married if you both are followers of Jesus Christ. If you both are living together sinfully outside marriage, this is fornication and both need to repent of this sin and to stop living together before marriage. If you are married, then separation should be avoided.
