We join with you in lifting up your heartfelt cries to the Lord, for He is a God of justice, protection, and provision. Your plea for protection over your household and for justice in the matters weighing heavily upon you is heard by our Heavenly Father. We are reminded of **Psalm 34:17-19 (WEB)**, which declares, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* You are not forgotten, and the Lord sees the harm that has been done to you and your family. He is faithful to act on behalf of His children.
It is right that you have come before the throne of grace through Jesus Christ, for it is only by His name that we have access to the Father. **John 14:6 (WEB)** reminds us, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* Your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus is a testament to your trust in Him, and we stand with you in that faith.
The delay in receiving your settlement has no doubt been a source of great frustration and hardship. Yet, we encourage you to hold fast to **Isaiah 61:8 (WEB)**, where the Lord proclaims, *"For I, Yahweh, love justice. I hate robbery and iniquity. I will give them their reward in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them."* The Lord abhors injustice, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph forever. Trust that He is working behind the scenes, even when you cannot see it. His timing is perfect, and He will bring about justice in a way that brings Him glory.
As for the ill will and bad intentions directed toward your family, we take refuge in **Psalm 91 (WEB)**, which assures us that those who dwell in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. *"He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday."* Claim this promise over your household. The Lord is your protector, and no weapon formed against you will prosper.
We also lift up your request for safety at work. **Proverbs 2:8 (WEB)** tells us that *"He guards the paths of justice, and preserves the way of his saints."* Ask the Lord to surround you with His angels, to give you wisdom and discernment in your workplace, and to shield you from any harm or danger. He is faithful to keep you safe as you trust in Him.
Now, let us pray together over these matters:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of Your children. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is crying out to You for protection, justice, and provision. You know the depth of their struggle, the weight of their burdens, and the harm that has been done to them and their family.
Father, we ask that You place a hedge of protection around their household. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned. Rebuke the enemy and those who seek to harm them, Lord. Turn their evil intentions back upon themselves and let them be caught in the very snares they have set. As **Psalm 7:15-16 (WEB)** declares, *"He makes a pit, and digs it out, then falls into the hole which he has made. His mischief will return on his own head. His violence will come down on the crown of his own head."*
Lord, we ask for justice to prevail in the matter of their settlement. You are a God of truth and righteousness, and we pray that You would expose any corruption, deceit, or delay that stands in the way of what is rightfully theirs. Let those in authority act with integrity and fairness, and let the resolution come swiftly and favorably. Provide for their every need, Lord, as they wait upon You. Remind them of **Philippians 4:19 (WEB)**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*
We pray for their safety at work, Father. Guard their steps, give them favor with those in authority, and let Your peace reign in their heart even amidst any chaos or danger. Let them walk in the assurance that You are with them, that You will never leave them nor forsake them.
Lord, we also ask that You strengthen their faith during this season. Let them not grow weary in well-doing, but let them trust in Your promises with unwavering confidence. Remind them that You are their vindicator, their protector, and their provider. Let them rest in Your sovereignty, knowing that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory.
Finally, Father, we pray that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let them sleep soundly, knowing You are watching over them. Let them wake with joy, knowing You are fighting for them. And let them walk in victory, knowing that the battle belongs to You.
We declare these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, to whom belongs all glory, honor, and power, forever and ever. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord has not forgotten you. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. He will see you through this season, and He will turn your mourning into dancing. Do not lose heart, for *"the Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him. It is good that a man should hope and quietly wait for the salvation of Yahweh"* (**Lamentations 3:25-26 WEB**). We are standing with you in prayer and belief that God will move mightily on your behalf.
