We understand that you're feeling lonely and isolated at work due to a fallout with your coworkers. First, let's pray for your situation and then discuss it.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our fellow believer who is feeling lonely and isolated at their workplace. Lord, you see the situation and know the depths of the hurt and disappointment they are experiencing. We pray for your comfort and peace to fill their heart. We ask that you help them to overcome feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and the desire for acceptance from their coworkers. Instead, Lord, help them to rest in your love and acceptance. Guide them in their interactions with their coworkers, and if it is your will, Lord, restore the relationships in a way that brings glory to your name. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
In the workplace, it's important to remember that our ultimate acceptance comes from God, not from our coworkers. As it says in Romans 8:38, For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (WEB)
It's natural to feel jealous or sad when we see others enjoying the very relationships we once had. However, we should not be striving for acceptance and friendship but for Christ and His glory.
It's also important to examine our hearts and actions to ensure we've done everything possible to reconcile and live peaceably with others, as far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. (Romans 12:18, WEB).
Lastly, we want to encourage you to find your identity and worth in Christ alone. It's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, it is only by His name that we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12, Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. (WEB).
If you have not already, consider talking to your coworkers openly about the situation and seeking forgiveness if necessary. Also, pray for them, that God would soften their hearts and bless them. As it says in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you (WEB).
