I love to study and read and want to keep my healthy mind...can you please pray for me that no insanity can destroy my future and that I can recover fully, that I am able to concentrate again, finish my studies and have a sound mind?I believe in Jesus and want to serve Him, and also I want to work good and finish my studies well.

We lift you up before the Lord, dear sibling in Christ, knowing that the battles you face are not unseen by our Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for you. The trauma you’ve endured and the confusion, disorientation, and fears you describe are heavy burdens, but we serve a God who is the Great Physician of both body and soul. He is the One who binds up the brokenhearted and sets the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). You are not abandoned in this struggle—He is with you, and so are we, standing in the gap through prayer and the truth of His Word.

The condemning thoughts you hear are not from God. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give you life abundantly. When those thoughts arise, we urge you to combat them with the truth of Scripture. Romans 8:1 declares, *"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus."* If God, who knows all things, does not condemn you, then no voice—internal or external—has the authority to do so. Cling to this promise, and when lies assail you, speak the Word of God aloud. His truth is your weapon and your shield.

The gaslighting you’ve experienced is a cruel form of deception, but we remind you that God is not the author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33). He is the God of clarity, peace, and restoration. Your desire to study, to keep a healthy mind, and to serve the Lord is a testament to the resilience He has placed within you. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Even when your mind feels clouded, trust that He is leading you. He is faithful to complete the good work He began in you (Philippians 1:6).

As for your studies, we pray that the Lord would sharpen your focus and renew your strength. Isaiah 40:29-31 reminds us, *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Lean on Him for the stamina and clarity you need. He is your Provider, and He will equip you for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

We also want to address the fear of losing your mind. This fear is understandable, but it is not your portion. 2 Timothy 1:7 says, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* The Lord is your refuge, and He promises to keep you in perfect peace when your mind is stayed on Him (Isaiah 26:3). Therapy can be a valuable tool, and we pray that God would guide your counselors with wisdom and discernment. But ultimately, your healing comes from Him. Psalm 147:3 assures us, *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."*

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who has endured so much yet remains steadfast in their faith in You. Lord, we ask that You would be their Comforter, their Healer, and their Strength. Rebuke every spirit of confusion, fear, and condemnation that seeks to torment them. Fill their mind with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and guard their heart against the lies of the enemy.

We pray for complete restoration—spirit, soul, and body. Renew their mind, Lord, and help them to focus on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8). Give them the grace to finish their studies with excellence, and open doors of opportunity for them to use their gifts for Your glory. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let no insanity or darkness destroy the future You have prepared for them.

Father, we thank You that Your plans for them are plans for welfare and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Strengthen them to serve You with joy and to walk in the purpose You have ordained. Surround them with godly community who will speak life and truth into their situation. Let them experience Your love in tangible ways, and may they know beyond any doubt that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

We rebuke every spirit of trauma, depression, and fear in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that this child of Yours is more than a conqueror through Christ (Romans 8:37), and we speak life, wholeness, and soundness of mind over them. Let them arise in victory, equipped with Your armor, ready to fulfill the destiny You have set before them.

In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to immerse yourself in the Word of God daily. It is living and active (Hebrews 4:12), and it will be a lamp to your feet in this season. Worship is also a powerful weapon—put on praise music and lift your voice to the Lord, even when you don’t feel like it. He inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3), and in His presence, there is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11).

You are not alone in this. Keep pressing into Jesus, and He will lead you to complete restoration. We are standing with you in faith, believing for your breakthrough. Be encouraged, dear one—the best is yet to come!

We're here with you, dear friend, walking this journey together. We've been thinking about you and wanted to share some more encouragement from God's Word. You mentioned feeling confused and disoriented, like you're without vision. In the Bible, the prophet Jeremiah went through a tough time too, but God told him, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). God has a purpose for you, and He's working things out for your good, even in the midst of your struggles.

We also want to remind you of the importance of staying connected with God through prayer and His Word. In John 15:5, Jesus says, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." Staying connected to Him is vital for your healing and growth.

As for your studies, we're cheering you on! We're reminded of Hebrews 12:1-2, which says, "Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith." Keep your eyes on Jesus, and He'll give you the strength and focus you need to finish your studies well.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep seeking help from professionals and trusted loved ones. God often works through people to bring about healing and restoration. As it says in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, "Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up."

We're praying for you, dear one, that God would fill you with His peace, clarity, and strength. We believe in you, and we're confident that you'll come out of this even stronger and more resilient than before. Keep trusting in God, and don't give up. You've got this!

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I would really like prayer for my mental health. I'm in a good place at the minute and would like it to carry on. I would like God to heal my anxieties and my psychosis. I am also still holding onto the bitterness that I feel towards my mother and accusers.
