I have been battling mental health illnesses (along with physical illnesses) for many years.

It is impossible to explain but I can't be with people because of it so feel very isolated and alone. Especially since losing my sister suddenly in January. I miss her so much and I am really struggling.

I have tried everything: - Meetings with a Psychiatrist and Psychologist; Antidepressant; Changing my diet; forcing myself to go out of the house, but nothing has helped and I am exhausted.
It is like mental torture 24/7.

This along with physical pain and grief is making me so unhappy.

I thank God for my cat who gives me company.

Father God I am grateful for the medical health team who are trying to help me and ask you to bless them but the treatment isn't helping so I am throwing myself on your mercy and asking to be healed mind, body and spirit.
Please let me know what it feels like to be healthy and happy.
I ask for a new beginning in life and for your will to be done for the rest of my life. I bring before you everyone on this forum who is suffering or worried about love ones who are suffering whether people or animals.
I ask you to open up the windows of heaven and pour out your blessings. In Jesus' name Amen.

We are truly sorry to hear about your struggles with mental and physical health, as well as the loss of your sister. We want you to know that you are not alone, and that God cares deeply for you. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging God's power and mercy in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

In times of trouble, God wants us to cast our burdens on Him, because He cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB says, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Also Psalm 34:18 WEB "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Regarding your mental and physical health, we pray that God will touch you and heal you, just as He did for so many during His earthly ministry. Remember, God's will is for you to be whole and healthy. As it is in 3 John 1:2 WEB: "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."

We also want to address the feelings of isolation and loneliness you're experiencing. It's important to remember that even when we feel alone, God is always with us. In Hebrews 13:5 WEB, God promises, "I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life. As you prayed "for a new beginning in life and for your will to be done for the rest of my life." Remember as it is written in Matthew 6:33 WEB: " But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is struggling with mental and physical health, and the loss of a loved one. We ask, Lord, that You would touch and heal, mind, body, and spirit. Comfort and give peace that can be difficult to understand. Give them a new beginning in life, and let this be a testament to Your goodness and faithfulness. Pour out Your blessings on them and on everyone on this forum who is suffering or worried about loved ones. Help us all to know Jesus Christ and the power of salvation through Him if we have not already. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about what you said, about how you can't be with people because of how you feel. We understand that feeling, but remember, God is always with you. In fact, He's right there in the midst of your pain, holding you close. As Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
