We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing with your mental health. Remember, our God is a God of comfort and hope, as it is written in Psalm 147:3, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.
Firstly, we want to address the concern about your faith. You mentioned that you fluctuate between Hinduism and Christianity, and that you're afraid of hell. It's important to understand that Jesus Christ said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me, John 14:6. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We encourage you to study the Bible more and seek God's face in Jesus Christ. He loves you and wants a relationship with you. Remember, God so loved the world that he sent his son to die for our sins, that whoever believes in him will have eternal life, John 3:16.
Secondly, we want to address the concerns about your mental health. It is clear that you are experiencing anguish, distress, depression, and possibly anger and anxiety. God does not want us to live in a state of worry or fear. Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved, Psalm 55:22. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, Philippians 4:6. Only God can give us true peace and you must believe in Christ to partake in His Peace.
However, we also understand that sometimes our brains can become unwell, and this can affect our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. If this is the case, it's important to seek help from medical professionals, as well as spiritual support. There is no shame in seeking help from doctors, therapists, and counselors. In fact, Proverbs 11:14 tells us that where there is no wise guidance, a nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory.
We also want to encourage you to trust in God's strength and not your own. You mentioned that you're facing big mountains that you don't have the courage to face. Remember, you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you, Philippians 4:13. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today to lift up our dear friend who is struggling with mental health issues. We pray that you would bring healing, comfort, and hope into their life. Help them to cast all their burdens on you, and to trust in your strength. Give them the courage to face the mountains in their life, and to seek help from the people around them. We also pray that you would reveal yourself to them more, and that they would come to know you better through a relationship with Jesus Christ. We ask all of this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Lastly, we want to remind you that you are not a burden to your family or to God. You are loved, valued, and precious in God's sight. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6. Keep trusting in him, and keep seeking his face. He will see you through this dark time and lead you into his Light and Life.
