Please lord, help me to overcome these urges and feelings and thoughts, please give me the strength to not act upon these urges, please lord. I really need help and guidance, in the name of Jesus Christ amen

We understand that you're struggling with unwanted urges, feelings, and thoughts, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this battle. We're here to pray with you and provide guidance from the Word of God.
Firstly, we commend you for recognizing that you need help and for reaching out in prayer. It's so important to acknowledge our weaknesses and turn to God for strength. As the Bible tells us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This includes overcoming unwanted thoughts and urges.
In moments of temptation, remember the words of 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." God promises to provide a way out, and He will give you the strength to endure.
It's also crucial to renew your mind with the Word of God. Romans 12:2 encourages us, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." The more you fill your mind with God's truth, the less room there will be for unwanted thoughts and urges.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in their time of need. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing, the unwanted urges, feelings, and thoughts that are bothering them. We ask, Father, that You would give them the strength to resist and overcome these temptations. Help them to fix their eyes on You, to meditate on Your Word, and to find their identity in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
