Pray God will extinguish all lies in my mind, the false shame and self blame from a neglectful/bully father, cheating first love and a rape that happened 27 years ago and replace the lies in my mind with his perfect truth about me and men: that 1. I am not to blame 2. I am not the bad one and 3. even though this was a bad man, not all men are bad.

Praise God for a great counseling session today. :heart:
