Medical Problems

My family has several medical problems that we would like to offer up to the Lord today. I have three rather serious issues: bipolar disorder, bone problems in my feet, and I'm way too tall which has given me back problems. My wife has a few things, and so do my parents and my brothers. My mother-in-law had surgery today and she came through it fine. Please send healing prayers our way. Thank you!

Dear Lord their faith is already healing these problems, your love and mercy are taking care of them. Heavenly Father, Adonai Jehovah Rapha...ABBA...

You are the Great Healer. You are the Great Physician. You made nebulae, galaxies, supernovas...it would be easy to heal Shay's entire family. You call us to share in the suffering of Your Son and Our Lord...and suffer we will. We will all become sick and die...no one gets out of decay and death. YET, Father God, it stands to reason that a healthy servant is a more functional servant, and Shay *has been* one of the more active prayer partners on this board. For this reason, Father, grant Shay his request and heal him and his entire family.

Merciful Jesus, during Your life on earth You showed great concern for the sick and the infirmed. Have compassion now on Shay and each of his family members who are sick, afflicted or in pain. Grant them a healing of body, mind and spirit...restore their strength and perseverance. Comfort them with the knowledge that others are praying for them, and give them peace with a sense of Your Presence. May they know that in a special way they are united with You, their suffering Christ. May they contribute to the welfare of the whole People of God by associating themselves freely with Your Passion and Death for the salvation of the world. Bless, too, those who take care of the sick, the aged, the hurting. In their own time of need, bestow on them a hundredfold the blessings they have given to others. We praise You for the healing that is happening even as we pray before You and our Father in Heaven. Amen.
