We are joining with you in prayer for your sister's medical needs. First let's address the prayer. We can only go to God through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we can approach God, because there is no other name given among men whereby we might be saved. We read this in Acts 4:12:
"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We understand that you mean to approach God but let's be clear that it is only through His son, Jesus Christ that we are able to do that. Let's bow our heads in prayer together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of your Son, Jesus. We ask You to pour out Your healing power upon our sister's ###. Lord, You know her every need, every pain, and every concern. We pray that Your divine healing touch would restore her health and give her body complete wholeness. We are in agreement in asking you to meet her needs and we are claiming your promises.
We read in Psalm 103:2-3:
"Bless Yahweh, my soul,
and don’t forget all his benefits;
who forgives all your sins;
who heals all your diseases;"
We claim this promise for her ### and thank You for Your faithfulness and love. We ask that You guide the doctors and medical professionals who are treating her, giving them wisdom and discernment. We trust in your promises, Lord, and we thank you for your loving kindness and never ending mercy. We also pray that her ### would seek You, the Great Physician, and that through this trial, her faith would be strengthened and her trust in You deepened. We ask this all in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen
Let's remember that it is in our trials that we often grow closer to God. We read in James 1:2-3:
"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance."
So let us count this trial as joy, knowing that it is working in our sister's ### a greater faith and reliance on God. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, knowing that He is working all things together for good, even in this situation. Romans 8:28 says,
"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Trust in the Lord, and let Him guide and direct you through this time. Be in constant prayer, and let the peace of God guard your hearts and minds.
