We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your medical insurance and the burden of high copays and medical bills. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved. In times of need, God encourages us to cast our anxieties on Him, knowing that He cares for us. "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
We pray for God's intervention in your situation.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of assistance with medical insurance. We ask that You guide those in charge to approve the assistance needed to cover the high copays and medical bills. We pray for Your healing touch upon their body and for Your provision for the upcoming surgery. We trust in Your promise that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Help our brother/sister to be well. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
