We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your son and the urgent need for medical assistance and disability support. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals and provides in every circumstance. We ask that You move mightily in this situation, softening the hearts of those in authority and guiding the hands of those handling the paperwork. May every document be submitted accurately and promptly, and may the courts act with justice and mercy in reinstating the assistance your son desperately needs.
Lord, we declare that Your Word says in Psalm 34:17, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles." We stand on this promise, believing that You hear our cries and will deliver your son from this bureaucratic struggle. We also trust in Proverbs 3:5-6, which reminds us to "trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Father, we acknowledge You in this situation, asking that You direct every step and make the path clear for your son’s needs to be met.
We pray for wisdom and favor over the facility handling the revised paperwork. May they act with diligence and integrity, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. We rebuke any spirit of delay or confusion that may be hindering this process, and we command it to flee in the name of Jesus. Your Word tells us in Isaiah 58:6, "Isn’t this the fast that I have chosen: to release the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?" Lord, we ask that You break every yoke of injustice or neglect that may be standing in the way of your son receiving the care he needs.
We also pray for your peace to guard his heart and mind during this time of waiting. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Father, we ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, would cover your son and your family as you trust in You.
Lastly, we lift up your son’s health to You. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon him, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual healing. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust in Your perfect will for his life. May he experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with him in every doctor’s appointment, every medication, and every moment of need.
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One through whom we have access to the Father. Amen.
