We understand that you're feeling anxious about financial and non-financial matters, and we want you to know that you're not alone. God cares about every detail of your life, and He wants you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. Let's remember what 1 Peter 5:7 says, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Firstly, we notice that the prayer request did not include the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it says in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." So let's ensure that we are praying in the mighty name of Jesus.
In regards to your anxieties, let's remember Matthew 6:25-34. "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling anxious today. We know that You care for them deeply and that You want them to cast all their worries on You. We pray that You will help them to fix their mind on You and trust in Your provision. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that You will add all the things they need. Give them Your peace that passes all understanding, and fill them with Your love. We ask this in the powerful and precious name of the Lord Jesus Christ Amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and He will provide for all your needs. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust in His promises. He will never leave you nor forsake you. If your anxieties are financially related, also remember what the Bible says in Romans 13:8 "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." Being in debt is not a desirable situation, but God will provide you a way to be debt free and have what you need.
If you have not already done so, make sure to believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. For as it says in Romans 10:9 "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." as it says in Romans 10:13 and Joel 2:32.
