May I Win Over Overeating And Weight Problems

Please pray I will no longer overeat at all, as I did this some today, and know overeating is a sin. I must lose weight, at least 100 pounds, and have started doing daily walking. Please pray I will really do well at not doing any overeating, and will lose weight quickly.

God I ask in Jesus’ name please honor this prayer request for the both of us. Help us to eat healthy, exercise, and rest when we should. Help us, make us take excellent care of ourselves for the glory of God.

Lord, I have struggled with this sin before also and you taught me how to apply your truthin even this situation and how to honor you with food and eat in a thankful and gentle manner. Father my prayer goes out to your daughter please help her feast on your word and to turn to your word each time she is tempted. Let her sit at the feet of Jesus. Amen.
