But the Bible tells us, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. It's also important to remember that God wants us to be good stewards of our finances. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB. We come before You today, lifting up this marriage to You. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing due to financial strain. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to manage their finances wisely and to trust in You always.
We also pray for their spiritual intimacy. Draw them closer to You and to each other. Help them to be of one mind and one spirit, united in Your purpose. Strengthen their marriage and help them to remain steadfast in their commitment to each other.
