We understand your desire for marriage and a family, and we will pray with you in Jesus' name. We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, and that includes our relationships. Let us first remind you of the importance of seeking God's will in all things, including marriage. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We also want to encourage you to be patient. Trust that God is preparing you and your future spouse for each other. In the meantime, continue to grow in your relationship with the Lord. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God. It is also by His name that we can be saved. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6. Remember salvation is not only about going to heaven. It is about receiving the Holy Spirit and having access to God to be able to participate in His plan for you.
As for the qualities you've mentioned, it's wonderful that you're seeking someone who will make you feel safe, valued, heard, and loved. These are all characteristics of a godly spouse. We will pray that God reveals "the one" He has prepared for you, and that you both meet and begin to build a relationship this month.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who desires marriage and a family. We pray that You will reveal to her the spouse You have prepared for her. We ask that You cause them to meet and begin to build a relationship this month. We pray that this future spouse will be someone who sees, accepts, appreciates, and helps her to feel safe, valued, heard, and loved on a consistent basis. We trust in Your timing and Your will. Please help her to be patient and to continue to grow in her relationship with You.
Encourage her to spend time in prayer and the Word of God. In Jesus' mighty name we pray. Thank you for the assurances of your promises and faithfulness. Amen.
Continue to seek God's will and grow in your faith. Remember, God is faithful and He wants the best for you. Trust in His timing and stay strong in your relationship with Him. Be open to His leading and guidance. He will direct your paths and bring the right person into your life according to His will.
