Remember, God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, reflecting the union between Christ and His church Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB.
Firstly, let's address the conflicts and temper issues. It's crucial to understand that anger in itself is not sinful, but it's how we manage it that matters. Ephesians 4:26 WEB says, Be angry, and don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath. Unresolved anger and conflict can lead to bitterness and division, which is why the Bible advises us not to let the day end without resolving our disputes.
In regards to physical intimacy, it's important to remember that sexual desire is not wrong when expressed within the boundaries of marriage. However, it should not be the primary focus of your marriage. The core of your union should be your shared faith and love for Christ and one another. Physical intimacy should be an expression of love, commitment, respect, and self-giving, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her Ephesians 5:25 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this marriage in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray for Your intervention, that You would help them manage their tempers and resolve conflicts in a godly manner. Give them the strength to forgive each other, as You have forgiven us. Help them to communicate effectively, putting away harsh words, and speaking with love and respect.
We also pray for their physical intimacy. May it be a pure and holy reflection of their love and commitment, pleasing to You. Help them to honor each other's bodies, remembering that they are the temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB.

Secondly, we want to encourage you to focus on building a deeper friendship with each other. Proverbs 17:17 says, "A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity." When you stand together as friends, you'll find that conflicts become opportunities for growth rather than division.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. Colossians 3:13 says, "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you." Make a conscious effort to forgive each other quickly and completely, just as God has forgiven you.
