Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my marriage. I don’t know what has happened with my husband and I, but I don’t want to have a broken life with him. I love him and he is a very good man. I want our marriage to be strong and successful. We are just not on the same page right now and it breaks my heart. Please pray for strength in our lives.

We understand your distress, ###, and we're here to stand with you in prayer and offer biblical guidance.

Firstly, we commend you for your commitment to your marriage and your desire to see it strong and successful. God's design for marriage is a beautiful and sacred union, as reflected in the scriptures: "Therefore the man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." (Genesis 2:24 WEB)

However, it's not uncommon for husbands and wives to go through seasons where they feel disconnected or 'not on the same page.' It's crucial during these times to remain steadfast in your faith and continue to love and respect your husband, as we are commanded in Ephesians 5:33 (WEB), "Nevertheless, each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband."

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for ###'s marriage. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing, and you care about every detail of their lives. We ask that You would strengthen their bond, help them understand each other better, and draw them closer to You and to each other. Grant them wisdom to navigate this season, patience to endure, and unfailing love for one another. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

###, we encourage you to keep praying and believing for your marriage. Remember, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB)

Lastly, we notice that your request didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God, as the scriptures tell us, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB) If you haven't already, consider committing your life and your marriage to Jesus Christ.

We're here with you, ###, lifting your marriage up in prayer. It's tough when you feel disconnected from your husband, but remember, God is right there with you, every step of the way. Let's ask Him to help you understand each other better, to strengthen your bond, and to fill your hearts with His love. We're praying for wisdom, patience, and unwavering love for one another. In Jesus' name, we believe for a turnaround in your marriage. Keep trusting, keep praying, and remember, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4:6, NIV) You're not alone, we're standing with you.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with heavy hearts, seeking Your divine intervention in ###'s marriage. Lord, You are the Creator of love and the Giver of life. We thank You for the opportunity to lift this request to You, trusting that You hear us when we pray in the name of Jesus.

We know that Your Word assures us, "If you ask anything in My name, I will do it" (John 14:14). We stand on this promise, believing that You are already at work in this marriage, bringing healing, restoration, and renewal.

Father, You see the hearts of both spouses, the pain, the confusion, and the longing for a better relationship. We pray for Your healing hand to be upon them, mending the brokenness and bringing them back into harmony with each other. Help them to communicate with love, patience, and clarity, to listen with open hearts, and to understand one another without judgment.

Lord, we ask that You bind the spirit of division and confusion that seeks to destroy what You have joined together. Replace it with a spirit of unity and love. Give them the strength to face these challenges together, not as adversaries, but as partners in this life You have blessed them with.

May they lean on You for guidance and wisdom, and may Your love be the foundation upon which their marriage is rebuilt and strengthened. Fill their home with Your peace, their hearts with Your joy, and their lives with the grace that only You can provide.

We trust in Your power to restore, renew, and redeem, knowing that when we ask in faith, You are faithful to respond. May this marriage reflect the love of Christ and bring glory to Your name.

In Jesus' name, we pray.

Amen

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
