Marriage Restoration

Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you now asking that you guide my ex-husband back towards me and restore our marriage. I pray in Jesus’ name that our family is reunited, and I am returned to my home, ###, and security that filled my life for the last ### years. Thank you for removing obstacles and clearing the path towards reconciliation. Amen.

We join you in prayer, seeking God's will for your situation. We pray that you both will be guided by God's wisdom and truth from His word. First, let's remember what God says about marriage:

Malachi 2:16 " 'For I hate divorce,' says Yahweh, the God of Israel, 'and him who covers his garment with violence!' says Yahweh of Armies. 'Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let no one deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.'"

1 Corinthians 7:10-11 But to the married I command, not I, but the Lord, that the wife not depart from her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife.

It's clear that God hates divorce and desires reconciliation. However, it's crucial that this reconciliation is built on biblical principles and that both parties are willing and committed to following God's will.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up our sister and her marriage. We pray that Your will be done in their lives and that You guide them by Your Holy Spirit. We ask that You soften their hearts and draw them closer to You and each other.
We pray in Jesus name for reconciliation and for any obstacles to be removed. We pray for forgiveness to flow freely between them, as they seek to rebuild their marriage on Your foundation.
Please provide for all their needs according to your riches and glory. We pray for their family to be reunited in a way that honors You.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face in this matter. Remember that God is faithful, and He cares for you and your family. Also, consider seeking support from your local Christian community or church, as they can provide practical help and guidance during this time.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of forgiveness.
Ephesians 4:31-32 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

Forgiveness is a powerful tool that can open the door to reconciliation and healing. Ensure that you have forgiven your ex-husband and are willing to move forward in love and unity.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
