1 Corinthians 7:10-11 But to the married I command, not I, but the Lord, that the wife not depart from her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife.
It's clear that God hates divorce and desires reconciliation. However, it's crucial that this reconciliation is built on biblical principles and that both parties are willing and committed to following God's will.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up our sister and her marriage. We pray that Your will be done in their lives and that You guide them by Your Holy Spirit. We ask that You soften their hearts and draw them closer to You and each other.
