Marriage Restoration.

My wife filed for divorce in January. I have asked the Lord to transform both my heart, and her heart, for her to have a heart of forgiveness, for her to stop listening to outside influences, which comes as the messenger of the enemy. Please Lord, you said that if we asked in your sons name, whatever it is, that it would be done. Please move the mountains that prevent us from communicating, and returning to intimacy. Please remove the scales from both of our eyes, and break our hearts for what breaks yours, so that we may see that the Lord does hate divorce, and that we need to draw closer to you. Faith is a gift, and I pray we both stand on your promises. Work on her heart, and return me to my covenant one flesh wife. Do not turn your face from me. Please oh lord, I pray that you will come swiftly and touch her, and let her touch you and be healed. Give us a second, and a third, and 7x70 chances to get back together. I will not give up hope in your promises. Let me call out to you in the battlefield, and stand firm, waiting on the promises of You.

Remember God is in control. Trust Him. Trusting in God is also trusting in God’s Timing, God’s Will, and God’s plan. May God encourage you, meet every need, and fulfill all His plans for You and all those you love and care about. May Jesus shine on you ever so brightly that it feels like his arms are around you in person.
