Lord,
Thank you for being patient with us in all our failures and blunders. Your grace is overwhelming and Your love is transforming. We pray right now for those of us that are currently pursuing worthless things. Things that are taking our eyes off of You and our time away from taking care of our family. Lord, make us into men and women that care for others in a way that will make us flourish. Keep our eyes and hearts from anything that would waste our valuable time. Proverbs 12:11 says “He who tills his land will have plenty of bread, But he who pursues worthless things lacks sense.” Embed this warning into our hearts.
