Dear Lord,
Thank you for your love for us and thank you for the calling You have placed on each one of us. Lord, we pray that we would seek You with everything we have. We pray that we would take every effort to add to our faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For we know if we possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep us from being ineffective and unproductive in our knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We pray we would seek these qualities daily and without fail so that we can walk faithfully in the calling You have on our lives without falling.
