Dear Lord,
There are days that we seem to be easily frustrated and angered, and when we have less patience and understanding. Our emotions seem to run wild, and we feel as though we have no control. Our family suffers when we act like this. Love is hindered in our home when we walk in this way. Lord, forgive us for allowing our flesh to run out of control. God, we know that You desire for us to walk in complete control of our spirit. You desire that we would yield it to You every moment of everyday. Help us to do this. Help us to allow Your spirit to have control.
