Marriage Prayer: Blessing To Others

Dear Lord,

One part of being a Godly spouse is not only being a blessing to our spouse, but also to others. Lord, Your desire is that we would have generous hearts and that we would be generous with our time, our talents and our treasure. We pray that we would be there for our friends when they need us. We pray that we would give to those who are truly in need. We pray that we would take the time to speak truth and love into the lives of those around us. But we also pray that we would never put any of this stuff above being a blessing to each other and our children.

In Jesus’ name, amen!
