You will find your spouseWe are grateful for the opportunity to stand with you in prayer.
Let us remember that marriage is a sacred institution designed by God. In marriage, He is honored and glorified. We encourage you to trust in God's timing and wisdom as you seek a godly spouse. Trust in Him with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Know that He wants what is best for you.
In the mean time, guard your hearts against immorality, including fornication, adultery and homosexuality. Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God.
Lord, we come before You, lifting up this dear one who desires a godly marriage. We pray for Your guidance and wisdom in their life and a complete heart transformation. Help them to grow in Your grace and knowledge, and equip them with Your mercy. We pray for their health and heal any sickness or disease. We ask for Your glory to be revealed in their life. We pray for their future spouse, that they too will be drawn closer to You and that You will prepare them for a godly marriage. We ask this all in Jesus Christ's name.
Also, let us pray for the grace and mercy of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Let them walk in His grace and grow in His mercy. Let us rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
You mention the health of the union. Let us pray for the health of the desired union and God's will in it.
Finally, let us remember that we only have access to God and can only be saved through the name of Jesus Christ. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Let us rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.
