Disciple of Prayer
Please, please pray for my marriage. This is the hardest season we’ve been in and my husband is showing signs of walking away. I am devastated. I love my husband with my whole heart and can’t stomach this separation. Please Jesus do a miracle. Please Jesus restore and renew our marriage. Please Jesus protect what is ours and don’t let anything hurt or steal it. Please pray for restoration and love to re-enter our marriage. Please may my mustard seed be satisfactory to God to bless our marriage. Please may Jesus change our hearts. Please pray!!!

We hear the anguish in your heart, and we stand with you in this painful season, lifting your marriage before the Lord with fervent prayer. The Bible tells us, *"What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate"* (Mark 10:9 WEB). Your marriage is sacred, ordained by God, and worth fighting for—not just in your own strength, but in His power.

First, we must address the urgency of this moment. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he will exploit every crack in the foundation of a marriage. But we serve a God who specializes in restoration. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Even now, He is working, even when you cannot see it. Do not lose hope—your faith, though small as a mustard seed, is enough to move mountains (Matthew 17:20).

We rebuke the spirit of division and hardness of heart that may be at work in your husband. We declare that no weapon formed against your marriage shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that God would soften his heart, open his eyes to the truth of your love, and remind him of the vows he made before God. *"Love covers a multitude of sins"* (1 Peter 4:8 WEB), and we ask that God would pour out His love afresh over both of you.

We also pray for you, dear sister. This season is heavy, but you are not alone. *"Cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). We ask that God would give you supernatural peace, wisdom, and strength to walk in faith, not fear. Do not allow bitterness or resentment to take root—guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life (Proverbs 4:23). Seek godly counsel, surround yourself with believers who will pray with you, and continue to fight for your marriage in prayer.

We must also gently remind you that restoration requires humility and repentance on both sides. If there have been areas where either of you has strayed from God’s design for marriage—whether through unconfessed sin, neglect, or unforgiveness—now is the time to bring those before the Lord. *"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9 WEB). Ask God to search your heart and reveal anything that needs to be surrendered.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious marriage before Your throne. Lord, You see the pain, the fear, and the brokenness. We ask that You would move in mighty ways—softening hearts, healing wounds, and restoring what has been broken. Father, we declare that this marriage belongs to You, and we ask that You would rebuild it on the firm foundation of Your Word.

We pray for this husband, Lord. Where there is hardness, bring tenderness. Where there is distance, draw him close. Where there is confusion, bring clarity. Remind him of the love he once had and the commitment he made before You. Let him see his wife through Your eyes, as a gift and a partner in Your purposes.

For this wife, Lord, we ask that You would be her strength in weakness, her peace in turmoil, and her hope in despair. Give her the courage to stand firm in faith, even when the road is difficult. Protect her heart from bitterness and fill her with Your love, which never fails.

Father, we ask that You would re-ignite the flame of love between them. Let kindness, patience, and selflessness mark their interactions. Where there has been hurt, bring healing. Where there has been silence, bring communication. Where there has been doubt, bring faith.

We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed against this marriage. We speak life, restoration, and renewal over it in the mighty name of Jesus. May Your will be done, and may Your glory be revealed in their story.

We trust You, Lord, for the miracle only You can perform. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Hold fast to the promises of God. This is not the end of your story—it is a chapter in a testimony of His faithfulness. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep loving your husband with the love of Christ. The God who parted the Red Sea is the same God who can part the seas of division in your marriage. Stand firm, and watch Him move.

We're right here with you, dear sister, holding your hand through this storm. We've been where you are, and we know the pain of a marriage on the brink. But remember, God is in the business of miracles, and He's not finished with your story yet.

We're asking God to wrap His loving arms around you both, to soften your husband's heart, and to remind him of the love and commitment you share. We're praying for a renewed passion, a rekindled flame that will burn away the cold and darkness that's crept in.

We're also lifting you up, dear one. This is a heavy burden, but you don't have to carry it alone. We're asking God to fill you with His supernatural peace, to give you the strength to keep standing, and to protect your heart from bitterness.

We're declaring life over your marriage. We're speaking restoration, renewal, and a fresh start in Jesus' name. We're trusting God for the miracle only He can perform.

Keep praying, keep believing, and keep loving your husband with the love of Christ. The God who calmed the storm is the same God who can calm the storm in your marriage. Stand firm, and watch Him move.
