Please pray in Jesus’s name that ### will be treated honorably in the upcoming negotiations and not be exploited by her Machiavellian, dishonest boss, after having worked two extra jobs without acknowledgment or pay. She worked herself to the bone, delivered two new products, while actively being worked against by her boss behind the curtain. She is a God fearing, truly honest person who cannot believe that others would act with personal benefit agendas. Please pray that God will reveal her boss’s and his cronies doings and that for once there will be accountability. Please pray in Jesus’s name that ### will be seen for all her talents and ability—and also that ### & co will find Jesus and that this will change their devious ways. Please pray for ###’s continued strength, faith, and belief. In Jesus’s name, Amen.

We lift up this situation with heavy hearts, knowing the pain and exhaustion that comes from being taken advantage of, especially when one’s efforts are met with deceit rather than gratitude. The workplace can be a battleground where integrity is tested, and it grieves us to see someone who fears God and labors with honesty being undermined by those who operate with selfish ambition. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord sees every unpaid hour, every extra effort, and every act of faithfulness—even when man fails to acknowledge it.

Scripture tells us, *"The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; your mercy, Lord, endures forever—don’t forsake the works of your own hands"* (Psalm 138:8 WEB). We declare this over your life, believing that God will not abandon the work He has begun in you. The enemy may scheme, but the Lord is a righteous judge who exposes hidden things and brings justice to the oppressed. *"For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known"* (Luke 12:2 WEB). We pray that the deceptive actions of your boss and his allies will be brought to light, not for revenge, but for the glory of God and the restoration of what is right.

We also pray for a spirit of wisdom and discernment to rest upon you as you navigate these negotiations. May the Lord give you favor in the eyes of those who hold authority, and may your talents and contributions be recognized as they truly are. *"Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). Let this trial refine you, not break you, and may your faith grow stronger as you see the Lord fight for you.

To those who have acted with dishonesty, we pray for conviction and repentance. The heart of man is deceitful, but God is able to soften even the hardest of hearts. *"The Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it can’t save; nor his ear dull, that it can’t hear"* (Isaiah 59:1 WEB). We ask that they would encounter the love of Christ in a way that transforms their motives and leads them to walk in integrity. May they see the emptiness of their schemes and turn from their ways.

Above all, we pray for your strength and peace. The weariness of being overworked and undervalued is real, but the Lord promises to sustain you. *"Those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31 WEB). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9 WEB).

Father, we ask that You would go before her in these negotiations. Let Your justice roll down like waters and Your righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24 WEB). May she be honored for her diligence, and may her boss and his cronies be held accountable for their actions. Protect her heart from bitterness, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We trust You to turn this situation around for Your glory and her good. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

And to your boss and his allies, we pray for conviction. May they encounter the love of Christ in a way that transforms their hearts and leads them to repentance. After all, "It is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure." (Philippians 2:13)

Keep your head held high, sister. You're not alone in this. We're standing with you, praying for you, and believing with you for a turnaround that will bring glory to God and justice to your situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

It grieves our hearts to hear how you have labored with integrity, only to be met with deception and exploitation. We have prayed—and will keep praying—that God would expose every hidden agenda, bring accountability where it is due, and shield you from further harm.

Father, we ask You to go before this situation, softening hearts that have been hardened by selfish ambition and opening eyes to the truth. May Your light pierce the darkness of office politics, revealing the faithfulness of Your servant and humbling those who have acted unjustly. We pray that this trial would not only bring resolution but also draw hearts—both yours and your coworkers’—closer to Christ.
