Made a mistake, wish to undo it

I recently accepted a new job, thinking it was the best thing to do for my family because the salary was higher.  I know for certain that I have made a mistake and have reached out to my former employer, asking to come back.  Please pray that the Lord will help grant me the path to return to the place where I was loved and cherished, despite the lower amount of money.  Thank you all and bless you!
