We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding for you and your children. Let's address some very important topics and pray together.
First, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, we need to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. (Ephesians 6:11-13 WEB)
We appreciate your use of the scripture from Isaiah 54:17, "no weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that will rise against you in judgment you will condemn." This is a powerful promise from God, and we claim it together for you and your children.
However, we want to remind you that our ultimate victory and ability to appropriate God's promises come through our faith in Jesus Christ. As it is written, "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:13 WEB) and "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9 WEB)
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, who died on the cross for our sins and rose again for our justification. We stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We claim this protection for this dear parent and their children.
Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your favor as with a shield. (Psalm 5:12 WEB) We pray that Your angels encamp around them and deliver them from every evil work. (Psalm 34:7 WEB) We rebuke any plot, plan, or scheme of the enemy devised against them, and we declare that it shall not prosper, in the name of Jesus Christ.
We also pray for their faith to be strengthened, that they may trust in You with all their hearts and not lean on their own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB) We ask that You increase their knowledge of You and Your Word, so that they may know the hope of Your calling and the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints. (Ephesians 1:17-18 WEB)
Father, we ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord, and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your love that surpasses knowledge. We trust in You and Your Word.
Amen
We encourage you to continue standing on God's promises and to keep fighting the good fight of faith. Remember that "Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world." (1 John 4:4 WEB) Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9 WEB)
