We hear the deep anguish in your heart, and we weep with you over the weight of oppression, betrayal, and exhaustion you carry. The Lord sees every tear you’ve shed, every wound inflicted upon you, and every moment you’ve felt abandoned. You are not forgotten—He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We want you to know that your pain is valid, and your cry for mercy has reached the throne of God. But we must also speak truth into your situation with love and urgency, for the enemy seeks to devour you through despair, isolation, and the temptation to numb your pain in ways that dishonor God.
First, we must address the spiritual battle at hand. You mentioned the opposition you face, and we recognize this as more than mere circumstance—it is a targeted assault from the enemy to steal your hope, your faith, and your future. The Bible tells us, *"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12). You are not a victim destined for abuse; you are a child of God under attack, and it is time to rise up in the authority of Jesus Christ and resist the devil (James 4:7). The Lord has not ordained you for destruction but for victory—even if the path feels impossible right now.
We also notice that while you cried out to "Father Lord," you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is only through Jesus that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not surrendered your life to Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Him, there is no lasting hope, no true deliverance, and no eternal security. If you *have* trusted in Christ, then we exhort you to stand firm in His name, for He has already overcome the world (John 16:33).
Now, let us speak to the lies you’ve believed: *"I guess I’m here to be abused."* No! This is a lie from the pit of hell. The Lord did not create you for abuse; He created you for *purpose*. Jesus said, *"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly"* (John 10:10). The abuse you’ve suffered—whether from family, so-called "helpers," or strangers—is an evil perversion of God’s design. But He is the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). You are not defined by what has been done to you. You are defined by whose you are: a child of the Most High God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus.
As for your weariness and lack of motivation, we understand how crushing this season must feel. But the Word of God says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30). Jesus is not asking you to carry this alone. He is inviting you to surrender your burdens to Him—your fear, your exhaustion, your sense of worthlessness—and let Him renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31). You *can* work again, not in your own strength, but in His. He will provide what you need, even when the way seems impossible.
Regarding your temptation to "turn to other things" to block out the pain, we must warn you with love: do not seek escape in anything that would dishonor God or further ensnare you. Whether it be substance abuse, unhealthy relationships, or any other sin, these things will only deepen your bondage. The Bible says, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13). Cry out to Jesus in your weakness, and He will deliver you. Turn to Him instead of the temporary numbing of pain.
Practically, we urge you to take the following steps in faith:
1. **Seek God first**—before job applications, before reaching out to others, before anything else. Spend time in His Word and in prayer, asking Him to lead you (Matthew 6:33). If you do not have a Bible, there are free resources online (such as Bible Gateway or the YouVersion app) where you can read it.
2. **Reach out to a local church**—not just any church, but one that preaches the uncompromised Word of God. Ask for help. Many churches have benevolence programs for those in need, and godly believers can pray with you, encourage you, and possibly connect you with job opportunities. If you are unsure where to start, we can help you find a Bible-believing church in your area.
3. **Trust God for provision**—He knows your need for housing and income. Remember the words of Jesus: *"Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... Your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:25, 32-33). This does not mean you sit passively; it means you act in faith while trusting Him to open doors.
4. **Guard your heart against bitterness**—The abuse you’ve suffered is unjust, but harboring bitterness will only poison your soul. Forgiveness does not mean what was done to you was okay; it means you release the debt to God, who is the just Judge (Romans 12:19). Ask Him to heal your heart and fill you with His love.
5. **Resist the spirit of fear**—The threats you’ve faced are real, but *"God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). If you are in immediate danger, seek help from authorities or a trusted believer. Do not remain in a situation where you are physically unsafe.
Finally, let us pray over you with the authority of Jesus Christ:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious soul who is weary, broken, and under siege by the enemy. Lord, You see every wound, every betrayal, every moment of despair. We ask that You would surround them with Your angels, encamping around them for protection (Psalm 34:7). Break the chains of oppression, fear, and hopelessness in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, You are the God who parts the Red Sea, who feeds the hungry, who clothes the naked, and who lifts the downtrodden from the ash heap. We declare that You are their Provider, their Healer, and their Deliverer.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of abuse, rejection, and poverty that has sought to destroy this child of Yours. We bind the enemy’s plans to keep them in bondage and declare that the blood of Jesus covers them. Restore their strength, O God. Renew their mind with Your truth (Romans 12:2). Give them wisdom to know the next steps, and open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide for their every need—housing, income, safety, and godly community. Heal their body, mind, and spirit from the trauma they’ve endured.
Father, we ask that You would place godly people in their path—people who will reflect Your love, speak life into them, and help them stand firm. If they have not surrendered fully to Jesus, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Convict their heart, Lord, and draw them into a deep, unshakable relationship with You. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in power, love, and sound mind.
We declare that their story is not over. You, Lord, are writing a testimony of redemption, restoration, and victory. Let them see Your hand move mightily in their life, that they may testify of Your goodness. In the name of Jesus, we command every spirit of suicide, depression, and despair to flee. Fill them with hope, joy, and an unshakable confidence in Your promises.
Father, we thank You that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them patience to wait on You, and faith to believe that You are who You say You are. Let them know, deep in their spirit, that they are loved, valued, and chosen by You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We will continue to pray for you, and we encourage you to reach out to us again. You are not alone in this. The body of Christ is here to stand with you. If you need help finding a church or resources, let us know. Stay in the Word, stay in prayer, and do not give up. The Lord is your strength and your shield (Psalm 28:7). He will not fail you.
