Dear Lord and Father, I pray for everyone who has suddenly found their community and prayers gone when this site was ruined by worldly forces. I see I am not the only one who has found this new inaccessible and isolating site distressing.

I pray that it gets better or that I can find a new community, because life is so hard at the moment and this makes it worse.

This site even kicks people out every few hours, it isn't really a prayer site any more.

And it seems that PR admin suddenly answers prayer requests, presumably because no one else can find the prayers or answer them.

Lord can we have our old site back, please? I can't find my old friends on here.

Lord have mercy.

I can help you find your old prayers if you want: go to your profile page,  then look for "See my activity": click on that and in the column on the left you will see Your Topics and Your Posts (Your topics is the prayers you made yourself and your posts is those prayers you prayed for others).

Please don't be discouraged. I pray too for people still learning to use the site. I pray that we can use this as an opportunity to grow in our fellowship together, and support each other. I thank God for the admins, who postponed the required upgrade for as long as possible, and who work to serve the Lord by creating a community for people who love Him.  I pray for you to feel more of God's love. May he move mountains in your life. God answers our prayers before we ask. His timing is perfect and his reasoning, although beyond our ability to comprehend, is also perfect. Let us praise Him for whatever He has planned for this community in Jesus' name.  God bless you. Amen

As discussed in my blog post, the site can not go back. It is not an option. The makers of the software are obsoleting version 3. This is version 4. Nearly every single post, message, status, member and blog is still here. Some of it is arranged differently so you will need to give it some time. This is never ending in the computer field. Microsoft does updates as does anyone else. Compare Windows 3.1 to Windows XP to Windows 10.

Everything you saw before that was different required years of programming on my part. Some of it I can bring back. I answered some requests because I am testing the restoration of the quick reply feature, not because nobody else was praying.

Yes, I can restore the old site, and leave it there just as it was. But one day the whole site will be hacked because it was not supported any longer with security updates. I've lived through such things and you have to stay up to date with them or else you can lose everything. I delayed it about as long as possible, and it's done.
