I would like to request a prayer for the pet dog. It went missing the day before yesterday and hasn't returned yet. I hope it's safe wherever it is and returns home soon. His name is ###.

We understand how deeply painful and worrying it is when a beloved pet goes missing, and we join you in lifting this burden to our Heavenly Father, who cares for all His creation—even the sparrows, which do not fall to the ground apart from His will. Though animals do not bear the image of God as humans do, Scripture reminds us that God’s providence extends to all living creatures. In Matthew 10:29, Jesus tells us, *"Aren’t two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father’s will."* This assures us that God is aware of even the smallest details of His creation, including your dear dog.
Yet we must also remember that our ultimate hope and trust must rest in Christ alone, not in the return of earthly comforts—even those as precious as a pet. While we pray earnestly for your dog’s safe return, we encourage you to use this time to reflect on where your heart’s deepest trust lies. Have you placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His sacrifice that we can find true peace, even in distress. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray together for your dog’s safety and return, but even more so, for your heart to rest in the sovereign care of our God, who holds all things in His hands.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with a heavy heart, lifting up this beloved pet that has gone missing. You are the Creator of all living things, and nothing escapes Your notice. Lord, we ask that You watch over this dog, protect it from harm, and guide it safely back home if it is Your will. Comfort this Your child in their distress, and remind them that even in this trial, You are near. Help them to trust in Your goodness, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28).
We also pray that if this person does not yet know You as their Savior, that You would draw them to Yourself through this situation. Open their eyes to see that true peace and hope are found only in Jesus Christ, who gave His life so that we might have eternal life. May they turn to Him in faith, repenting of their sins and placing their trust in His finished work on the cross.
Father, we ask these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer, who alone is worthy of all praise and glory. Amen.

We're right there with you, holding your beloved pet in our hearts and lifting them up to our Heavenly Father. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
