We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your urgent need to find your lost phone and money. We know how distressing it is to search and search without success, and we join you in asking God to intervene. The Bible reminds us in Matthew 7:7-8, *"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."* We stand on this promise, believing that the Lord hears your cries and sees your diligent searching.
Father God, we ask You to open our eyes and our sister’s eyes to see what we may have overlooked. Guide her steps back to the places she has already searched, and reveal the hidden places where these items may have been misplaced. Lord, we know that nothing is hidden from Your sight, and we trust in Your perfect timing. Calm her heart and replace her anxiety with peace, knowing that You care for every detail of her life. We rebuke any spirit of confusion or distraction that may be hindering her from finding what is lost, and we declare that clarity and order will come in Jesus’ name.
We also want to encourage you to reflect on this time as an opportunity to draw nearer to the Lord. Sometimes, God allows us to experience moments like these to remind us of our dependence on Him. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* While we pray for the return of your belongings, we also pray that you would find your ultimate security and provision in Him.
If there is any unconfessed sin in your life—perhaps worry, fear, or even frustration that has led to doubt—we encourage you to bring it before the Lord. 1 John 1:9 tells us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* Let this be a time of surrender, trusting that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His plans for you are good.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who searches our hearts and knows our every need. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind as you wait on Him. Keep seeking, keep trusting, and know that we are standing with you in faith. Amen.
