Lose weight

Lord please help me lose weight my stomach feels so swollen and I have gained so much weight. But I am more active now.but I have stopped working out.please give me the strength to go on a diet and exercise again. Please lord you know how much it helps me . I don't know why I don't feel like doing it you know I use to love it. Lord please help. It as even hard to move some times my confidence is down. Please take this in your hands .
