Please pray I can lose weight to be healthier again and help my chronic back pain. Pray I can stick with the weight loss this time. I don’t know what balance to find to get to where I want to be but I’m tired of being this way.
I have been eating not once a day, and would exercise regularly, but still having a hard time losing weight. I guess it has to with aging, please pray I lose weight asap, with God's grace and help. I need to lose at least ### lbs. all the unnecessary fat to dissolve. In Jesus name I pray amen
