I need all your prayers please I feel so tired lately feel like not doing anything to strength or modvation to goal the gym tired at work and on my day off I feel just like staying home and doing nothing. 

Which exercise is very important to be it helps me mentality and spiritual .

Please pray what ever this is that it's broken.
