We join with you in bringing this need before the Lord and we thank you for your thankful heart for all He does for you and your home.
We understand the burden you are carrying over this surgery and the insurance claims that were sent this month and the worry that makes it hard to function and to find joy in your home. We are reminded that God invites us to bring every care to Him and to trust Him to provide. We read, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 We also read, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 And we are promised, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 We take comfort too that when we seek Him first, He knows our practical needs, But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33
We gently want to encourage you about the name by which we approach God. You prayed to the Lord, and we want to remind you that it is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father and that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is our privilege to come to God in the name of Jesus, trusting in His death and resurrection for our forgiveness and our daily help, and we want to encourage you to call upon Him by name as you pray.
So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one and their household to You. Lord walk with them each step of this trial. We ask that You would oversee the insurance process and move upon those handling the claims for the surgery this month to act justly and fairly and to pay what is right and owed. We ask that You would take away the weight of worry and replace it with Your peace that surpasses understanding, so that our friend may function with clarity and strength each day. Restore joy in their home, let Your joy be their strength and let Your presence bring happiness and unity to all who dwell there. Help them to continue to give thanks to You in all things and to trust You as Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. We ask this according to Your will and for Your glory in Jesus name, amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Your prayer concerning the surgery and the weight of these insurance claims has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before our gracious Father who cares for both soul and body.
You ask that the Lord would walk with you and take away your worries so that you may function, and this is a right and needful prayer. Our Savior has taught us not to be anxious about our temporal affairs. Be prudent and do your best in these matters, as you have in sending the claims, but when you have done your best with your little, do not sit down and wring your hands. Have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry and fretfulness, but cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Tell the Lord about it in prayer, for anxiety confined within yourself brings no good, but prayer poured out before Him brings peace.
You also ask for happiness for yourself and for others in your home. Remember that happiness lies more in the mind than it does in the circumstances in which any individual is found, and the man within has far more to do with his own joy or sorrow than anything outside of him has. True joy is the fruit of the Spirit from the root of trust in God. He that has joy on his barn floor may see it bare, he that has joy in his wine vats may see them dry, but he that has joy in God has a joy that need never be suspended. It is pleasant to think about joy, but to be filled with joy and peace through believing is a far more satisfying thing. Therefore we exhort you as the apostle does, rejoice in the Lord always. Make Him your joy, the whole of your joy, and let this joy absorb your every thought. When you can joy in nothing else, you can still joy in His power, for He can help you, in His faithfulness, for He cannot fail you, and in His immutability, for He changes not.

O Lord our God, walk with this dear soul and this household. Thou seest the surgery that has taken place this month and the burden of waiting upon the provision for its cost. We ask in Thy mercy that Thou wouldst move those who hold these claims to deal justly and speedily, and that Thou wouldst supply what is needed according to Thy wisdom. Take away fretful worry and grant a calm mind that may function in the duties of each day. Fill this home with that joy which Thou givest, not as the world giveth, but according to the joy in harvest and the joy of answered prayer. Grant peace that passeth understanding to guard heart and mind through Christ Jesus. We thank Thee for all Thy help and for everything Thou hast done for this family, and we trust Thee for what Thou wilt yet do. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
