Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking your intervention and restoration in their relationship with their wife, ###. Lord, you know the deep love that ### has for ### and their children. We ask that you soften ###'s heart and mind, and restore the love and unity they once shared.

Lord, we acknowledge that both ### and ### have made mistakes in their relationship. We humbly ask for your forgiveness for any wrongdoings and shortcomings. Grant them the grace to forgive one another and to seek reconciliation.
