We rejoice with you in the goodness and faithfulness of our Lord, who hears and answers prayer! It is a blessing to see how He has moved in your workplace, bringing resolution and peace to the situation with your students. We give thanks to Him for His provision and for the wisdom He has granted you in navigating this challenge. The Lord indeed deserves all praise for His mercy and grace, as it is written, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
Yet, as we lift this before the Lord, we must gently address something important: while your prayer is heartfelt, we notice that the name of Jesus Christ is not invoked in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Jesus Himself said, *"No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB), and *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son"* (John 14:13, WEB). Without calling upon His name, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from our relationship with Him through faith. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). It is by His name—and His name alone—that we are saved and our prayers are heard.
Now, let us pray together for your continued protection, wisdom, and peace in this matter. May the Lord strengthen you and remove all fear, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who has seen Your hand at work in her life today. Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness in answering her prayers and for the resolution You brought to the situation at her workplace. You alone are worthy of all praise, honor, and glory, for You are the God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children.
Father, we ask that You continue to uphold her in this matter. Guard her words and her understanding, that they may be rooted in Your truth and wisdom. Let no one challenge or distort what she has spoken or written in righteousness, but may Your favor rest upon her and the processes she oversees. We pray that the systems in place would align with Your will and that no error or accusation would arise against her. Remove any fear, anxiety, or pain she may be carrying, and replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we also ask that You surround her with Your love and protection. Be her shield and her strength, lifting her up when she feels weak and reminding her that she need not fear, for You are with her always. Help her to trust in You completely, knowing that You are sovereign over every detail of her life.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or confusion that may seek to trouble her mind. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these spirits to flee, for they have no place in the life of Your child. Fill her instead with Your Holy Spirit, who brings clarity, courage, and confidence in You.
Father, we pray that she would grow deeper in her relationship with You, always approaching Your throne of grace through the name of Jesus. May she find her rest in You, knowing that You are her Provider, Protector, and Peace. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and help her to walk in obedience to Your Word, that she may experience the fullness of Your blessings.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
