Lord, please take my bad dreams away. I always have so many bad dreams. I rebuke them in Jesus Name and I believe from now on in Jesus Name I will have good dreams and dreams of guidance from you oh Lord and I ask for continued help with motivation of my health Father, that I will soon be seeing healthy progress in my weight, that I am working so hard for. I pray for the strength of my body during this time of heavy fitness. I believe in Jesus Name ..Lord by Summer...friends and family will be seeing big healthy changes in me oh Lord. In Jesus Name. Your Will be done. Amen.
