Let’s Pray... God I ask in Jesus’ name, "Bless Me! Encourage Me Daily! Supply all my need! Lead, guide, and direct my footsteps. God make Your will for my life my will for my life. Speak to my heart Lord and tell me which direction to take. Lead, guide, and direct my footsteps, my mind, and emotions. God bless me with the desires of my heart that is the will of God for my life. Bless me with love, joy, happiness, peace, excellent health, and protection from all hurt, harm, and evil. God most importantly bless me with a real, true, undying love for You and the ways of God. May I come to Know You, Love You, and Honor You with my whole life, mind, body, and soul. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, and all those I love and care about. Thank YOU Jesus. Amen.”

In Jesus name I pray that God would fill you with His tremendous peace right now! His peace passes all understanding and can help you get through anything! (Philippians 4:7) God is with you and will never leave or forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:8) Hold onto His promises and He will never let you go! He loves you so much!
I truly feel your pain. I've been through some very serious panic attacks before, and understand how difficult they are to get through. For what it's worth, what helped me the most was drinking camomile tea and taking ashwaganda (it's an herbal supplement you can find at most health food stores). I don't mean to sound like God can't help, because He definitely can, and He is much more powerful than any panic attack you face!!! But I believe that He has also blessed us with things that He can use to help us calm down. I hope this helps!
