Lord i come to u tonigt to ask that u help me fight the many timptations in this life i live and that u watch over everyone and make shure they have a great christmas .

Father, hear Your Son's cry for You. Grant him the strength of spirit, the conviction of soul and a will of iron to stand against all temptation. We live in a world that seeks to destroy us by its very nature. Give Scott Your tenderness and love as he walks his journey of faith. Be in every part of his life, leading him on, heeding Your call. Protect him from all evil and negative influence - grant him courage and strength to stand for You, for himself, for what is right, honest, pure and true. Keep all of us focused on Your Son this Christmas season - he and he alone is the reason we have cause to celebrate. Forget the meals, presents, programs and rush - bring us peaceful, reflective, thankful hearts to honor Your Son in fullest measure. Thank you for his birth, his death and his resurrection. You are all that we ever need, so much more than we deserve. Place Your loving arms around Scott, pull him in close, and walk with him in every moment I pray. Amen.

I wanted to bring this back to the top, as I was up very late talking with Scott. He is saying all that is on his mind is drugs, or drinking..He was into heavy drugs and drinking, and even in jail before coming here. He wants to go home for a couple of days, to see his mom and sister and brothers. All his brothers are on drugs. All his friends do drugs. My Father is a Man of God, and has been letting Scott borrow his truck for the last 3 months. I don't know whether or not I should Allow him to drive to see them, as it's a couple hours from here. I want to trust him and he was being honest with me..I pray the Lord instills in him to Believe and Trust in the Lord and not throw away all he has worked for..I told him Who do you think made you better, health wise, The Lord..None of this happens by chance, it is the Lord's plan. He said I am not completely better, but I am better, and I know it was the Lord...I said the Lord has provided you a place to go and get medical treatment, but now you won't go. Among other things, I told him you should get involved with the church, not just go to the service and leave. He said it's boring..Dear Lord, bring a young man his age to Scott to witness to Scott. Just please pray that Scott will not relapse and go back to the only life, he knew before coming here. Dear Lord, He is STILL wanting to numb the pain in his Life, and you, only THE GOOD LORD, CAN HEAL THAT PAIN AND BRING MUCH JOY BETTER THAN ANY IN DRUG IN YOUR LIFE.. In Jesus Name Amen
