Lord Please Help Me

Lord I ask that you please fill me up and take away this pain and anxiety. Please provide a blessing that will make these dreams of mine come true. I truly know now exactly what's important in life and am begging for you to come and fix my life and help me. I need you. I know no other way if there is another way please reveal it and soon.
