Lord, Please Help Me

God, I am feeling so sad and depressed. I feel defeated and worn out and am weary. Please help me Lord, I can't do it on my own. I am at work and all I want to do is cry. I feel that the one person who is supposed to love me runs at the first sign of any little disagreement. He is cold and distant and non-communicative and it's killing me inside. He's shutting me out completely and I don't know what to do.

Please, God & Father, help us both to refuse to worry (think excessively) about our problems but instead think of all You have done, of Your Word, of the fact that You are with us & in us. With Your Spirit on the inside we can have peace & joy through You & not of our own strength! Bless this sister by letting her know You in a greater way so that You overwhelm her troubled heart instead of her problems overwhelming her. Amen
