Lord , please help me sleep tonight. I lay awake all night of most of the night. It caused my thinking and actions to be different when I am awake. Please put my mind at peace . I know what you want for me is what is right . Please forgive me . I feel like there are outside forces at work to cause me harm . These people are to close to me for comfort. Please protect me from them Lord. In your name I pray . Amen
